State Sporting Organisations, plus any other organisation which has a reasonable interest in sport and active recreation can seek membership with QSport. You can download the Ordinary Member application form or Associate Member application form via the links below.

When applying for membership, please ensure that you apply for the appropriate category. If you do not know which category applies, please contact the QSport office on 07 3369 8955 or admin@qsport.org.au.

To commence the application process, please click the link below and submit the online application form. Once an application is received, it will be forwarded to the QSport Board for endorsement.
