2021 AQIA Forum Roadshow

QSport is supporting this year's Active Queenslanders Forum being held in 18 locations across the State between April and August.
The forums are being conducted by Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance on behalf of QSport, Outdoors Queensland and Fitness Australia.
The forums will contain two sessions:
Active Industry Professional Development Workshop: 11.00am to 1.30pm
11.00am Welcome, Introductions, Overview of Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance
11.10am SESSION 1: BUSINESS PLANNING
* Business Planning Workshop: Plan to Prosper
11.40am SESSION 2: INDUSTRY ADVICE AND FEEDBACK
* Group Think Tank: Industry Skills Advisor, industry issues (QSport, Outdoors Queensland, Fitness Australia) and training responses
12.30pm: Lunch Break
12.45pm: SESSION 3: GUEST SPEAKER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY)
* Guest Speaker: Roger Westerman (Fitness Industry Business Leader)
1.20pm: Conclusion, Networking, Appointments
Active Industry Volunteer Assistance Workshop: 6.00pm to 8.00pm
6.00pm Welcome, Introductions, Overview of Active Queenslanders Industry Alliance

All events are completely free and will provide the industry, and its staff and volunteers, with substantial opportunities to learn about the latest trends in sport and innovations that both State Sporting Organisations and grass roots organisations and clubs may wish to consider.
Registration takes place at www.aqia.org.au. People can register for more than one event.
