A dual Paralympian in wheelchair track in 2000-04 who once lodged an appeal against a world record he had set, believing he had broken at the start despite getting the all-clear from officials. He won the 100m Gold Medal in Sydney and a Silver Medal in the 4 x 100m relay in Sydney and Athens.

An elite level competitor from 1998-2004, he set 100m world records in 2001 and ’03, and at the 2002 World Championships, he won the Gold Medal in 200m and the Bronze Medal over 100m. He was Sporting Wheelie of the Year in 2001 and ’03 and Athletics Australia’s Male Wheelchair Athlete of the Year 2003.
