Play On! Sports Vouchers: Supporting Queensland Families and Growing Participation

Queensland families will soon have access to cost-of-living support to help kids stay active, with the next round of Play on! Sports Vouchers opening Monday 27^th of July 2026. The program provides up to $200 for eligible families to support children aged 5-17 to participate in sport and active recreation.

This round is ideal for summer-sport families, with two opportunities to apply across the financial year.

What Clubs Need to Know

To ensure families can redeem vouchers with your organisation, clubs should:

• Be registered as a Play On! Activity provider.
• Check that your directory listing is up to date before applications open.
• Note that more clubs are now eligible following recent changes.
• Be aware of dedicated support for children with a disability.

Key Dates

• Applications open: Monday 27^th of July 2026.
• Applications close: Friday 18^th of December 2026.
• Voucher Expiry: Friday 18^th of June 2027.
